Does your billing statement show a charge from our company that you do not recognize?
If you have purchased your program online:
We have chosen "Samcart" as our shopping cart provider. You may receive an email receipt with "Samcart" as the sender.
Once your order has been processed and reflected on your credit card statement, you should see "MEDIADIRECTORDER.COM" as the statement descriptor.
If you have any issue in accessing your membership program, please contact us so that we may assist you.
If you purchased your program through mail order:
You may have opted to use your credit card as payment over check or money order,
if so your credit card statement will read as "MEDIADIRECTORDER.COM" for the statement descriptor.
You will receive a Membership Acceptance Letter through physical mail if you did not fill out your email address with your log in credentials.
Please note that due to being sent through the USPS it could take anywhere from 7-14 days for delivery.
If you would like your credentials faster, you may contact us by e-mail or phone to verify your identity and obtain your account credentials this way.
Who do I email for questions?
All of our programs have their own designated support email that you can find in your confirmation email and at the bottom of each page of that particular program's website.

How do I access my Program?
Each one of our programs has it's own separate account "Log In Area".
Click on one of the programs below and enter the login credentials for your program to access your membership account.
